So, don't get me wrong. Marketing campaigns (paid for) can be a great way to generate business but is not always the most cost-effective method, especially for new business start-ups. Last week I had a client that had been squeezed of their marketing budget for the first year by a business that blindly created campaigns which unfortunately didn't draw any interest. I had a quick look at their website and realized that no on-page SEO, no backlinks had been done and nothing was accessible to anyone with different abilities.
