It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this: you'll lead a team of talented platform engineers, in Platform Experience tribe, focused on internal developer tooling (working with .NET, CI/CD, …), enabling engineering at Mews to ship value to customers without friction. You will be working collaboratively with product engineering teams to understand their challenges and ensure we solve the right problems. Engineering Managers are multipliers - by investing in people and teams, they unlock their full potential and drive greater impact. Your focus will be to create a high performing environment, acting as a multiplier, and coupling high support (effective 1:1s, growth, coaching, feedback), with high performance standards around delivery and innovation. Staying close to the technical details is crucial for Platform Engineering Managers, as you will act as the product manager for your team - this is not about being hands on (writing code). Buy Now, Pay Later(BNPL) options have exploded in popularity in recent years, with companies such as Klarna and Clearpay providing an additional line of credit to customers allowing them to split the cost of their purchases over several installments. Billie is a BNPL built for business transactions, using machine-learning driven risk models to responsibly finance B2B purchases.

With over 100,00 customers processing more than €750 million on its platform, Billie does not face much competition in its market. While BNPL firms like Afterpay and Klarna could theoretically move into the B2B space, they are specialised in B2C financing and lack Billie's data on the B2B sector. Billie also boasts a range of features designed specifically for intra-company sales such as instant verification, invoicing tools and business payment options which give it a large advantage against any new rivals.

Billie has raised a significant amount of funding from investors, most recently in a 2021 Series C round. Additionally Its 2022 integration with Klarna, allowing companies with a Klarna installation to swiftly switch over to Billie's payment options for B2B sales has removed a major roadblock to its future expansion. This move, alongside its entrance into more markets in Europe, will likely speed the company's ascension to Unicorn status and solidify its market lead in the BNPL space.

Digital marketing mainly relies on finding, selecting and reviewing ad keywords in the hope of capturing attention, but even when this approach does pique someone's curiosity enough to click on a link it usually redirects them to a bland, one-size-fits-all website. Userled exists to make sure this marketing spend isn't wasted using templates to generate personalised websites based on each individual marketing campaign.

Userled approaches this with a streamlined no-code product, allowing marketing teams to construct customer journeys that greatly increase conversion rates and allow companies to provide a more personal and relevant experience for their communities. The platform helps businesses reduce the delivery time of buyer experiences, enabling the creation of swift and impactful engagement strategies while monitoring the impact of personalisation on their pipeline seamlessly.

With Google and Apple announcing the deprecation of 3rd party cookies, a market downturn & increased focus on capital efficiency make Userled even more vital a tool for companies. It has grown a respectable client base including the likes of Firebolt and Vanta. With funding to its name, the next steps for the company include continued hiring to build upon its marketing technology products.

Created by IPO-exited founders, we offer founders capital, operational support from a team of hands-on experts, and unrivaled access to a coalition of industry-leading corporate partners. Since 2015, our 300+ portfolio companies have raised $900mm follow-on funding from a roster of notable investors.

Our Studio partners with entrepreneurs at day one, developing new ideas, technologies and business models into high growth companies. Together with Fastweb-Vodafone, one of Italy’s leading telecommunications companies with 6M+ clients, we’re now exploring concepts at the intersection of insurance and technology.

We’re looking for an experienced operator with entrepreneurial ambitions to lead a new venture as Cofounder & CTO with our investment and the full backing of Founders Factory.

	The Opportunity

Italy is one of the most underinsured countries in Europe when it comes to home and renters insurance, ranking 25th in property & casualty premiums relative to GDP, despite being the 7th largest life insurance market in the OECD.

This gap is no longer sustainable.

As climate risks accelerate, housing mobility increases, and the cost of rebuilding rises, Italian families urgently need better protection for the spaces and things that matter most. Meanwhile, the market remains dominated by legacy brokers and rigid products that haven't evolved in decades.

Yet change is coming fast. 77% of Italian consumers say they want to buy more insurance online in the future. Generative AI is set to reshape the insurance industry. And households are actively seeking smarter, simpler ways to insure what they love, without paperwork or phone calls.

We are seizing the opportunity to build a digital-first, data-powered MGA designed for modern life with a mission to make Italian families more resilient, financially and emotionally.

Backed by Founders Factory, Tetto is building a radically simpler, smarter, and more affordable way to insure your home and contents starting with a digital-first, data-powered MGA focused on young, urban policyholders.

We’re now looking for a technical co-founder to join the team and own the technology vision, architecture, and execution from MVP to scale.

	The role

As Co-founder & CTO, you’ll work side-by-side with the Founder & CEO to bring Tetto from concept to product-market fit and beyond. You’ll lead the design and build of our MVP, data infrastructure, and API-first architecture, setting the foundation for how we acquire, underwrite, and serve customers in a way that’s 10x better than legacy insurers.

This is a hands-on, full-stack leadership role. You’ll need to move fast, solve hard problems, and obsess over building high-quality systems that support seamless integrations, smart underwriting, and frictionless experiences.

	What You’ll Be Doing

Own the technical roadmap, architecture, and execution of Tetto’s platform from day one
Build and launch the MVP using lean, modern technologies (utilising low/no-code, AI-powered IDEs, external APIs, pre-built insurance tools where useful)
Design, integrate, and manage data pipelines across property data, IoT, geospatial risk, customer behavior, and third-party APIs
Build Tetto’s own API layer, allowing seamless embedding into distribution partner flows
Collaborate to the foundation of models for automated pricing and underwriting logic, integrating insurance carrier data and market benchmarks
Set up internal tools for AI-powered claims handling and CX automation
Hire and lead the early engineering team, shaping culture, process, and technical standards
Work closely with product, insurance, and growth to iterate rapidly and deliver measurable customer value

	What we’re looking for

Strong experience as a technical founder, engineering lead, or staff-level engineer in a startup or fast-scaling tech company
Proven ability to ship MVPs fast, with a pragmatic approach to technical debt and iteration

If you’re looking for a “normal” job, this probably isn’t for you.

But if you’ve ever dreamed of running your own accounting business — without doing it all on your own — keep reading.

At Heaton Vences, we’re giving entrepreneurial accountants the tools, support, and platform to create something of their own — faster, stronger, and with less risk than starting from scratch.

This could also be the next step if you’ve already started your own firm — but want to be part of something bigger, work alongside a like-minded team, or reignite your growth with fresh energy, leads and support.

As a Co-Founder, you’ll run your own business while being part of a growing, founder-led group. You’ll have access to everything you need to hit the ground running — from systems and branding to marketing, leads, and a full support team.

	Why this is different:
You’re building your own business – not someone else’s.
You’re not starting from scratch – we’ve already built the systems, processes, and team you’ll need.
You’re not on your own – you’ll join a supportive, ambitious community of like-minded founders.
You’re shaping your future – with full ownership, flexibility, and control.

	Who it’s for:
UK-based accountants who want to run their own practice — with real support behind them.
Professionals who’ve managed client relationships and want to step into business ownership.
Solo founders who’ve built something good — and are now ready to make it great, with the right people around them.

If you believe the future of accounting is founder-led — and you’re ready to build something that’s yours — let’s talk.

We’ll be your Business Mentors and Tech Advisors, and provide strategic guidance, advice and support in all key areas (ie. product, tech, legal, finance, business development, fundraising, and talent) to help your project quickly go from Zero to One.

Willingness to commit long-term (2+ years and more ideally) to your own startup journey, through highs and lows.
Comfort with uncertainty and fast-paced environments, where experimentation, failure, and learning are part of the daily rhythm.

We’ve also significantly grown in employees over the past couple of years, scaling up across all functions. The OoCEo has a broad remit, but essentially exists to ensure as a company we’re aligned on our strategy and goals, what we want to deliver, how we want to deliver, and how we’ll hold ourselves to account against our high standards. This is an exciting role, with the opportunity to work across many teams and levels, influencing, delivering, and bringing your own ideas to life. Your mission will be to support the Chief of Staff, CEO, and Exec team as we deliver at pace, against a number of key responsibilities, harnessing / creating data systems and collateral that the CEO (and Exec team) uses to do his job - significantly increasing his productivity and leverage.

You’ve demonstrated you have a passion for learning - relishing the pursuit of continual self-development

	Experience And Skills

myAgents-ai is a platform where users create AI agents that can perform tasks autonomously — from simple wizard-based setups to advanced, node-based workflows using React Flow.
We’re now looking for a technical co-founder (CTO) to join us at this exciting early stage. Ideally based in London (West preferred), you should have hands-on experience with:

	FastAPI / Python backends
React + TypeScript (bonus: React Flow)
OAuth & integrations (Slack, LinkedIn, Gmail)

	A founder-raising advisor on board
A senior developer actively building the platform
Front end and back end already under development
Clear product roadmap and functional architecture (Basic + Advanced Agent creation modes)

We are looking for solo founders, freelancers, and micro business operators to join our private beta as Beta Contributors for Solvora.ai, an AI automation startup focused on replacing back office admin with task-owning Co-Pilots.
Our first Co-Pilot, Penny, automates finance workflows like expense tagging, income tracking, cashflow summaries, and tax reminders. Penny acts autonomously, not reactively. She is designed to reduce mental load, not just offer suggestions.

As a Beta Contributor, you will:
Trial our product free for 30 days
Share feedback on what is useful, what is broken, and what is unnecessary
Help influence the roadmap for future Co-Pilots (legal, compliance, supply chain)
Work directly with the founder team
This is an unpaid, short-term contributor role designed for those who want early access, founder-to-founder input, and a voice in building agent-led automation systems.

	Ideal participants:
Solo founders or freelancers managing their own finance stack
Operators spending hours each week on admin
Builders who care about product clarity and want to shape what comes next

	You will receive:
Full access to our redesigned product
	Recognition as an early contributor
Priority access to lifetime pricing when we launch paid plans

Apply to join our beta contributor programme. We will follow up with a short form to confirm fit and share onboarding links.

	Commitment:Five days a week - 08:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M.

	Small vehicles, big impact

We’re all about authentic travel experiences that support local communities. At tuktukrental.com, we rent tuktuks to adventurous travellers, while sharing the revenue with local tuktuk owners and the community. We’ve been fueling epic road trips across Asia since 2016. And here’s the best part—we’re just getting started!

With operations in Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and soon beyond, our dedicated team of tuktuk enthusiasts is driven (literally) to make travel more meaningful. Our mission? To bring smiles to faces, promote sustainable tourism, improve livelihoods, and make exploring new places as unforgettable as possible.

Join us as we steer towards a world where every adventure counts—navigating the bustling streets of Colombo or the serene landscapes of Cambodia. Let’s make every mile matter.

	About the role

At tuktukrental.com, we're looking for a Country Co-Founder to lead our expansion in tourism destinations where tuktuks operate - it could be Philippines, India, Egypt or anywhere else in the world. This isn’t just another operations role—it’s an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up. You’ll work side by side with our HQ team to tailor our tuk-tuk rental platform to the new region, attract adventure-seeking travelers, and grow a business that makes sustainable travel accessible.

We are in search of candidates from Melbourne, Sydney, London and Amsterdam who would like to travel to tourism destinations where tuktuks operate and expand our services in those markets.

We need a true self-starter—someone who would love to travel to a new location, thrives in fast-paced, uncertain environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. If you’re passionate about entrepreneurship, love solving problems on the fly, and want to leave a lasting impact on the future of travel, this is your chance to shape tuktukrental.com’s success in your country. Let’s create something incredible together.

	Specific responsibilities

	Launch & Growth

Develop and execute the market entry strategy for your city/country.
Validate market fit, customer interest, and potential routes or destinations.
Build early traction through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and outreach.
	Marketing & Brand Building

Serve as the local face of tuktukrental.com—representing the brand at events, in media, and within the travel and sustainability community.
Collaborate with our central marketing team on campaigns tailored to your region.
Engage local content creators, influencers, and tourism partners.
	Customer Experience & Operations

Oversee the full customer journey—from booking to return—to ensure exceptional experiences.
Establish and manage any operational needs (e.g., vehicle logistics, local suppliers, insurance, etc.) as needed in your market.
	Business Strategy & Leadership

Own the P&L, key performance indicators, and growth metrics for your country.
Work closely with HQ to align local execution with global goals.
Build and lead a small local team over time.

	About you

You’re the kind of person who sees opportunity where others see obstacles—someone who thrives on bringing bold ideas to life. Whether you’ve launched your own venture before or you’re the go-to problem-solver in any team, you’re driven by action, not just plans. At tuktukrental.com, you’ll take ownership of our mission in your country, juggling everything from local partnerships to marketing, all while shaping a business that’s as impactful as it is innovative.

For you, travel isn’t just about getting from A to B—it’s about creating experiences that benefit travelers and locals alike. You believe in adventure with a purpose, and you’re excited to champion tuktukrental.com as a force for sustainable, community-driven tourism in your city. No two days will look the same, and that’s exactly how you like it. You’re ready to dive in, adapt quickly, and build something extraordinary—one tuk-tuk ride at a time.

	Must have:

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record launching or scaling a product, service, or company
Strong understanding of travel, tourism, or sustainable mobility markets
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
Experience building and managing teams or partnerships
A strong customer-first mindset and obsession with delivering exceptional experiences
A global outlook but deep local market knowledge in your country
Full working rights in your country of residence
Experience in social impact or mission-driven businesses
A network in the travel, tourism, or digital nomad sectors
Familiarity with Southeast Asian travel or tuktukrental.com’s existing markets

	Why tuktukrental.com?

At tuktukrentall.com, we’re not just about renting tuktuks—we’re about creating unforgettable experiences while making the world a better place. Our team is passionate, fun, and dedicated to positively impacting both travellers and local communities.
We’re a purpose-driven company. Your work will directly support local livelihoods and sustainable tourism.

	Ready to apply?

If you’ve made it this far, we think there’s a good chance you’re our kind of person. Here’s the deal—we’re all about diversity, and we believe a variety of perspectives makes us stronger. Even if you don’t check every box, we’d still love to hear from you. Introduce yourself, and let’s see how you can bring your unique flair to our team.
