Great to be part of this community. My name is Babita Devi and here is a a bit about me:

I am a Growth Coach and Mentor with over 30 years of experience, based in Cambridge. My flagship programme, The Alignment Accelerator has been developed after working with hundreds of business owners and is based on personal and business growth being interconnected, leading to inevitable success when they align.

Current clients include Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, Barclays Eagle Labs, Raising Starts, and Oxford Innovation Space. In addition, I have lectured to MBAs and Business Studies students and am currently a Mentor for students at the University of Cambridge studying the Masters in Entrepreneurship.

My corporate career began in strategic marketing and business development in the tech space. Since then I have worked across a variety of industries and sectors including gaming, party, licensing, health and med tech, software, and education. I sit on the Board of some early-stage companies in Edtech and Games and serve as an Advisor to a VC fund. I am also a NED to Global Entrepreneurs Network UK, which connects 66,000 entrepreneurs across 200 countries.

I am passionate about connecting people, bringing together strategic partners, and growing networks of innovators, thinkers, and change-makers.
