Love this! Even I have found myself wanting to use these apps!

Apps are in cell phones, right? Cell phones cause stress and anxiety, right? Seems counter-intuitive. I'm not judging, but I'm guessing that adults IRL cause them more stress than a phone.

I've heard of these apps but don't know any users. There were past concerns that one of them was overcharging for services and underpaying therapists.
