Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain a CI/CD pipeline platform with a focus on abstraction and self-service capabilities for development teams
• Implement AI-assisted tooling to optimize workflows and reduce manual efforts
• Enhance developer experience and increase productivity for multiple international teams
• Strategically select and utilize state-of-the-art technologies
• Integrate security and compliance processes (DevSecOps)
• Share best practices with other engineers to elevate the overall DevOps maturity of the organization
• Gain insights across diverse disciplines, from embedded and office software to IT operations

Job Specifications:

• Significant software development experience, preferably in Python, Kotlin, C#, or C++
• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD systems, specifically TeamCity or GitHub Actions
• Practical expertise using AI tools and identifying high-value use cases
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Packer) and containerized environments (Docker)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to ownership
• Motivation to drive change and communicate ideas effectively
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
