Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a remote team to create tools that enhance and support automated workflows for deploying, managing, and supporting CrowdStrike's Production Services.
  • Play a critical role in architecting and implementing solutions for production deployments.
  • Utilize Kubernetes, ArgoCD, FluxCD, Jenkins, and artifact repository services to support production workflows.
  • Work with IaaS provisioning tools such as Ansible, Chef, Salt, and Puppet.
  • Experience with scripting languages, REST APIs, and Linux and Windows server administration in hybrid environments.
  • Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance, and disaster recovery of critical services.
  • Document processes and procedures.

Job Specifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a large-scale production environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to make timely decisions and prioritize tasks.
  • Self-learning capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Security-mindset and general understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Must be a US citizen on US soil.
