We are currently working with a client in the business services industry based in Panama, who is looking to transform their internal operations through automation, CRM optimization, and practical implementation of artificial intelligence. As a Consultor CRM & Automatización, you will play a key role in structuring and scaling processes, designing a more organized, efficient, and automated operating system. Key Responsibilities:

• Automate processes using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Design and implement automatic flows between different systems
• Streamline repetitive tasks such as follow-ups, registrations, notifications, and reports
• Integrate tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, forms, and WhatsApp
• Optimize operational time through intelligent automation
• Optimize CRM (Bitrix24) by diagnosing current usage and restructuring pipelines, stages, and fields
• Configure internal automations and design dashboards for management and operational control
• Improve commercial and administrative traceability
• Implement or improve collaboration tools such as Notion or Taskade
• Document processes in a structured manner and design workflows for sales and administration
• Organize operational knowledge
• Apply AI to reduce operational load by identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing solutions that have a real impact on the business

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business automation
• Proficiency in Zapier (or Make/n8n)
• Solid experience working with CRMs, ideally Bitrix24
• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory)
• Consultative and strategic mindset
• Autonomous, organized, and focused on efficiency
