Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to improve efficiency and alignment in the revenue cycle, specifically in pipeline management.
  • Manage key systems and tools such as HubSpot and Apollo to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
  • Analyze revenue performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Assist with contract submissions and commission calculations.
  • Create dashboards to report on sales, customer success, and other business metrics.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve workflows and processes for scalability.
  • Support forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs between teams and clear accountability throughout the customer journey.
  • Drive adoption and training for go-to-market systems and best practices.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and growth.

Job Specifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategy and action.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with automation, sequencing, reporting, and dashboard tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work environment.
  • Experience designing and improving processes for scalability.
