Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the German-speaking market in line with Cuculus' global vision
  • Lead and manage key accounts, focusing on long-term value, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth
  • Cultivate relationships with senior-level stakeholders in the utility industry
  • Oversee complex sales cycles from early strategic discussions to contract negotiations
  • Engage in strategic conversations about digitalization, data platforms, organization, processes, and the use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics in the utility industry
  • Collaborate with product management, solution architecture, and delivery teams to align customer strategies with Cuculus' technology roadmap
  • Establish Cuculus as a trusted strategic partner through client meetings and industry events

Job Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B key account management, enterprise sales, or a similar strategic commercial role
  • Familiarity with selling software, platforms, or IoT solutions
  • Proven track record of commercial success and comfort engaging with C-level executives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Knowledge of the utility industry, energy market, or critical infrastructure, ideally in the German-speaking region
  • Strong sense of ownership, strategic thinking, and affinity for utilizing AI tools for analysis and decision-making
