Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of seasonal marketing plans for the European market
• Coordinate commercial and relational promotional campaigns through email, SMS, and push notifications to increase customer loyalty, reactivation, and acquisition
• Collaborate with digital and retail marketing teams to develop communication materials and manage translations
• Set up campaigns on the campaign management tool (Dartagnan and Selligent), including workflow, HTML integration, and validation
• Conduct market research and provide recommendations for improvements
• Analyze and optimize CRM campaigns, providing regular reports and insights
• Support other projects such as retail reporting and loyalty program deployment

Qualifications

• Final year student in Business or specialized in CRM and Information Systems Management, or equivalent
• Proficient in computer skills, with strong analytical and writing abilities
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Dartagnan and Selligent is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
