Responsibilities:

• Map processes and design workflows for automation using the LG tool.
• Configure and parameterize workflows on the self-service portal.
• Ensure compliance with business rules and governance best practices.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track workflows.
• Conduct testing, approval, and adjustments to ensure quality deliverables.
• Train users and provide post-implementation support.

Job Specifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or in-progress degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Implementation and maintenance of corporate workflows.
• Bonus: Experience in report and dashboard development.
• Desired: Familiarity with LG tools, Gente suite, and process mapping.
