Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop predictive models, forecasts, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to validate and act upon analysis and insights
  • Work closely with commercial leaders to develop and refine strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and prioritize customer segments
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide strategic recommendations to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to align initiatives with organizational goals
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and understandable format

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of related experience (graduate degree preferred)
  • Experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales-related software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industries is advantageous
  • Fluency in English, bilingual with French is a plus
