Responsibilities:

• Develop and certify apps for the Salesforce AppExchange, following the security review process
• Design and build REST API integrations between third-party platforms and Salesforce
• Build Click-to-Call or CTI integrations using the Salesforce Open CTI framework
• Work through ambiguous requirements and adapt solutions for custom or modified Salesforce environments
• Utilize AI-generated data ingestion or call recap data when applicable
• Write testable and well-documented code, following strong software engineering fundamentals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development, specifically in Salesforce Lightning
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data modeling for activities, tasks, and opportunity management
• Experience with AppExchange development, security review, and certification
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning (LWC, Aura, Apex), Salesforce Open CTI / Click-to-Call framework, and Salesforce REST & SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with third-party telephony/call tracking platform integrations
• Working knowledge of dev tools such as Git, Postman, and Salesforce CLI
• Experience with AI-generated data ingestion or call recap data is a plus
