Role Description

The Content Creator & Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Sling's social media strategy, targeting specific audiences and driving business growth. They will also curate the brand's online identity, crafting a consistent tone and visual style across all channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and original content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Sling's social media strategy, targeting specific audiences and driving business growth
• Curate the brand's online identity, crafting a consistent tone and visual style across all channels
• Produce engaging and original content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more
• Maintain a content calendar and oversee the scheduling and publishing of content
• Collaborate with external content creators, videographers, and influencers to ensure high-quality output
• Participate in online communities to raise awareness and engage with potential customers
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages, authentically representing the brand
• Track and analyze performance metrics to enhance content strategy and drive follower growth and engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a talent for creating platform-specific content
• Ability to create a consistent and relatable brand voice that resonates with our audience
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to write native-level copy in both languages
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing a content calendar and coordinating with multiple contributors
• Innovative and resourceful, with a willingness to test new ideas and adapt based on data
