About the Role

As a Digital Campaigns Manager at Leads Reacher, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients, data, and internal production teams. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire ad system, from initial campaign build-out to communicating results to clients. This role offers a clear path for career growth, as we continue to expand and scale our business.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Advanced Campaign Optimization: Manage, monitor, and scale Meta & Google Ads campaigns. Analyze data daily to identify "winners and losers," making confident, data-backed decisions to drive high-quality lead generation.
  • Client Management & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading weekly/monthly update calls and translating complex marketing data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Go-Live Project Management: Oversee new client builds to ensure we hit our streamlined 3-week launch target by coordinating with Onboarding, Tech, Graphics, and Copywriting.
  • Internal Coordination & Strategy: Translate client goals into detailed briefs for internal production teams to ensure landing pages, creatives, and automations are built to standard.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the entire conversion system is functioning seamlessly by verifying that pixels are firing, automations are triggering, and clients are receiving their leads.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Advanced Media Buying Experience (3-4+ years): Proven track record of managing and scaling Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Extensive knowledge of Ads Manager and troubleshooting performance drops.
  • Elite Communication: Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory. Confident in communicating with business owners and explaining optimization strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage timelines across multiple clients and internal departments simultaneously.
  • Tech Literacy (GoHighLevel): Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a massive advantage. Comfortable navigating the CRM and understanding funnel logic.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Act with urgency, high accountability, and extreme ownership in a fully remote environment.
