Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing and conversion-driven landing pages for campaigns and product journeys
  • Use tools like Figma to produce wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets
  • Ensure pages align with Releaf's brand identity, tone, and accessibility standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Paid Media Specialist and Performance Marketing team
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing using platforms like VWO, Optimizely, or Convert
  • Analyze user behavior and identify barriers to conversion using tools like GA4 and Hotjar/Clarity
  • Work with the wider organization to deliver high-impact digital experiences
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture within the performance marketing function

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in landing page design, user experience, and marketing
  • Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, Google Analytics, and experiment software
  • Understanding of UX, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
  • Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and CRO tools like VWO/Optimizely
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong design and HTML/CSS editing skills
