Responsibilities

• Compassionately guide families through end-of-life decisions by educating them on Earth's services through various channels
• Build expertise in both pre-need and at-need arrangements, understanding and navigating emotional sensitivities
• Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system and manage a high volume of calls while nurturing relationships through strategic follow-ups
• Work a consistent schedule with occasional evening and weekend shifts to provide exceptional customer support

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing pipeline effectively
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
• Confident with a reassuring demeanor to make families feel at ease and trust our services
• Availability for rotational evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Willingness to obtain a license in life insurance or funeral arranging (company will sponsor)
