Are you an experienced Product Engineer with a strong background in analog circuitry? This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a product's entire lifecycle, from conception to end of life, and work with a cross-functional team to bring it to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the development of product test plans and ensure datasheet specifications are met
  • Lead product qualification and compliance with JEDEC/AEC quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product issues
  • Monitor production data and use statistical analysis to address yield and quality deficiencies
  • Own product BOM creation and maintenance
  • Manage supplier and customer excursions
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in product-related deliverables, including NPI execution and velocity, product cost, and quality performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, MS preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in product engineering
  • Strong background in analog circuitry and knowledge of common building blocks, device physics, and test methodology
  • Experience with ATE tester platforms and lab equipment
  • Familiarity with JEDEC/AEC qualification standards and stress testing
  • Experience with yield management tools and statistical analysis
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of semiconductor failure analysis preferred
