• Design intelligent sourcing pipelines that automate the discovery of top talent
• Optimize visibility across job platforms, both traditional and non-traditional
• Implement logic to pre-qualify and route candidates effectively
• Collaborate with automation engineers to build smart, scalable solutions

Requirements:

• Passion for HR tech, AI, or workflow automation
• Experience or strong interest in recruitment or sourcing
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
