I am a highly accomplished and multidisciplinary Research Consultant (based in Turkana, Kenya) with over a decade of progressive experience spanning applied research, policy development, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), programme implementation, training facilitation, and institutional governance across East and Horn of Africa. Currently serving in three concurrent senior leadership positions – as Head of Programs and Implementation at Child Care Support and Development CBO, Director of Policy Development and Research at Millora Analytics and Research Consultancy, and Board Member of Turkana Preparatory School – reflecting a career trajectory distinguished by both technical research excellence and strategic organizational leadership.

 Demonstrated expertize spans the full research and programme lifecycle: from policy analysis, conceptual framework design, and research instrument development through field data collection, rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis, and evidence-based reporting.
