Teri is a menopause coach with over 20 years of corporate experience. Following her own challenging menopause journey, she now empowers professional women to navigate this transition with clarity, confidence, and calm. As the founder of Fork & Fine, Teri is shining a light in workplace wellbeing, helping midlife women sustain performance and thrive in leadership.
