About the challenge
The CGCian DreamΒ² Bigger Internal Hackathon is an exciting innovation sprint designed exclusively for CGCian employees to foster creativity, collaboration, and cutting-edge problem-solving within the organization. This internal hackathon challenges participants to identify real-world problems faced by the company or industry and develop innovative, tech-driven solutions in a time-bound, high-energy environment.
Participants will form cross-functional teams to brainstorm, design, and prototype solutions that could range from improving operational efficiencies, enhancing customer experiences, to pioneering new digital products or services. The challenge is not just to code fast but to think smart leveraging emerging technologies, data analytics, automation, and more to create impactful solutions aligned with CGCianβs strategic goals.
This hackathon is more than just competition itβs a platform to unleash potential, drive cultural innovation, and accelerate CGCianβs journey toward a smarter, more agile future.
