CA16213 - R5986 ESTH Fire Surveys

Description

ESTH require surveys to be completed for all premises for which the Trust are responsible to establish remedial works required to ensure that the trust is meeting its legal fire safety requirements under the Regulatory Reform (fire safety) order 2005 and Building Regulations 2010 and Approved Document B.

Each site requires the following:
- Compartmentation surveys
- Fire and smoke damper surveys and testing
- Fire door and shutter surveys
- Cause and effect (C&E) configuration and operation
