Dekut Hack is a 7-day virtual hackathon designed to bring together talented

individuals to collaborate, create and develop cutting-edge

solutions to real-world problems.

Requirements

What to Submit

  1. Demo video (Max 10 minutes of product walkthrough, include the Software Instructions, i.e., the demo video should explain how your product works)
  2. Slides - Presentation (Problem statement, Concept/Detailed explanation of the solution and how it works, Business plan)
  3. Github Repo (Link of the project's GitHub repository)

  • Address the Challenge - 25%
    Does the project address the Challenge, and present a clear and relevant solution? Is the proposed solution relevant and clear in addressing this challenge?
  • Customer Focus (20%)
    Who is the primary audience or user group for the project? How does the solution cater to their needs uniquely and compellingly?
  • Business Value (20%)
    What practical benefits or value does the project offer? How can it impact organizations, communities, or individuals?
  • Feasibility (10%)
    Are there actionable steps outlined for implementation? Is the project realistically achievable within the given constraints?
  • Inclusion (10%)
    Does the project promote inclusivity and respect for diverse perspectives? How does it create a sense of belonging for all stakeholders?
  • Make Something (15%)
    Beyond conceptual ideas, has the project produced tangible outcomes or prototypes? Can it be demonstrated or showcased effectively?
