Provide a comprehensive breakdown of works, including methodology, materials, and compliance with conservation requirements.
Prepare a detailed fixed-cost schedule for each element of the works.
Include proposed timescales and phasing to minimise disruption to community activities.
Identify any additional works or risks arising from the initial survey.
Additional Information
An initial building survey has been completed and will be provided to the successful tenderer.
The purpose of this phase is to undertake a full and detailed fixed-cost exercise to assess the project's viability and inform subsequent funding and delivery stages.
