Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the supply of CNC Lathe with Touchscreen Control System.

1 x CNC Lathe with Touchscreen Control System
• Interactive touchscreen CNC control with enhanced operator assistance features
• Approx. 400 mm swing over bed
• Approx. 218 mm swing over cross slide
• Approx. 760 mm distance between centres
• Approx. 54 mm spindle bore
• Includes 200 mm 3 jaw chuck with D1 6 camlock fitting
• 7.5 hp spindle motor with variable speeds approx. 150-2,500 rpm and constant surface speed capability

1 x Advanced Control Features Package
Includes capabilities such as:
• Solid model graphical verification of programmed parts
• Toolpath simulation
• Event comments and editable G code
• Thread repair functionality
• Clipboard tools
• Gang tooling setup options
• Custom threading cycles
• Tapping cycles
• Search and edit tools

1 x Warranty and Training Package
• 12 month parts and labour warranty
• 1 day of machine training at a designated training centre
• Option for classroom training sessions (may be combined with other companies)
• Includes 2 years of telephone support

1 x Standard Delivery and Installation
• Delivery on a craned vehicle with offloading and positioning included
• Customer site must allow clear, level, and appropriate access for machine installation
• Drivers can negotiate minor steps or slopes, but additional provisions may be required for more complex access situations

Unite Procurement UK Limited does not intend to appoint a sole supplier for this requirement. Instead, multiple suppliers may be onboarded to the Unite Procurement Platform to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base, supporting flexibility and choice for the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations.

Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration. However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline. Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
