Description

Clearsprings Ready Homes is providing advance notice of an upcoming procurement opportunity for the provision of transportation services. The requirement is limited to the supply and operation of coaches and buses, including drivers, to support passenger movements associated with operational activities at the Manston site and surrounding locations as required.
The services are expected to include, but are not limited to:
•Scheduled and ad-hoc passenger transport using coaches and buses
•Vehicle provision with appropriately licensed and vetted drivers
•Short-notice and surge capacity to meet operational demand
•Compliance with all relevant UK transport, safety, and safeguarding regulations
•Operational coordination with the Clearpring's on-site teams
•Maintenance, fuel, insurance, and all associated operating costs
•Social value delivery aligned with Authority priorities
Clearsprings Ready Homes anticipates that services may operate on a 24/7 basis, subject to operational requirements.
