Healthy Start Grant

The Healthy Start grant is a programme that distributes a Healthy Start card with money loaded every 4 weeks to eligible beneficiaries. This card can be used in various UK shops to purchase items such as plain liquid cow’s milk, fresh, frozen, and tinned fruit and vegetables, fresh, dried, and tinned pulses, and infant formula milk based on cow’s milk. In addition to this, the card can also be used to collect Healthy Start vitamins that support individuals during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and vitamin drops suitable for babies and young children from birth up to 4 years old.
