Woodland Partnership

The Woodland Partnership grant is proudly brought to you by the Department for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs. It's an initiative designed to support landowners willing to lease their land plots (ideally 50Ha+) for tree planting. The lease agreement is available on a 60 or 120 years basis. This not only brings about a community-wide advantage, but also benefits the landowner with an assured, negotiated rent.

- The landowner will receive a negotiated rent ranging from £100 to £300 per hectare per year
- The scheme's total budget estimated around £50 million.
