I've been talking to a friend who is proficient in graphic design, but if you don't know anyone, Upwork is a good place to look. Ask around, though. Depending on what you need, you may find that you know someone who can swing it for nothing or next to nothing.

Has anyone here been hit by the changes to the farming grants, subsidies, and schemes? I have some acreage in the Midlands, and I wanted to see about turning it into a productive idea, but everything I'm reading about what farmers are going through is putting me off.

I think it's important to get team input on any ideas you aren't married to, especially for areas like culture-building. There's nothing worse than going through the process of implementing a practice only to find out the employees hate it.
