Hi all, Nice to meet you, I'm Michael, I run theInterna - a platform dedicated to helping startups hire interns - see here. We're trying a different approach to hiring interns. We have a fundamental belief that CVs and LinkedIn work brilliant for the experienced hire, but not for interns. Via the platform, students build out their profile with an emphasis on skills, not experiences. Startups can access the platform and post internships as well as reach out directly to candidates on the platform. There are lots of job platforms out there from graduates and updwards but we're tackling the small niche that is internships in startups.
