Founders, when was the last time you checked in with yourself - properly checked in? Founding is full-on. You carry the vision, the pressure, the highs, the doubt - and somewhere in the middle of that, it’s easy to forget about you.
So on 15 May, from 12–2pm, we’re teaming up with the Self Space founder-therapists for something simple but powerful: a Walk Club for founders who get it. It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, and the theme this year is community. We’re taking that seriously.
Come and move your body, share whatever's on your mind- or just walk and listen. Sometimes moving through stuff starts by simply putting one foot in front of the other.
What is Walk Club?
It’s good conversation in good company.
It’s therapeutic, without being therapy.
It’s about clearing your head, getting some fresh air, and reminding yourself you’re not doing this alone.
Led with care by the team atSelf Space -the world’s first on-demand mental health service on the high street -this is a space to move, connect, and reset. Their approach is simple but powerful: straightforward, grounded support, whenever you need it. No waiting lists, no jargon, just a good conversation with a qualified person
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more like yourself.
🎟️ This event is completely free to attend, no strings attached.
A big thank you to TRIP Drinks for making sure we stayed refreshed and ready to go during the event! 💦
