Nikolas Pontikos - Associate Professor at UCL and Founder of Eye2Gene. He leads the Pontikos Lab and co-founded Phenopolis Ltd. His work focuses on AI for eye genetics, supported by a £1.3M NIHR award. Nikolas is a UCL CDI (Centre for Digital Innovation) alumnus.

Dean Barratt - Professor of Medical Image Computing and an academic entrepreneur at UCL. He specialises in the analysis of medical images using machine learning (AI) and other software-based algorithms.

Isabel Zhang - Investor at HCVC, backing early-stage founders building transformative technologies. She previously led the London chapter of Nucleate and completed a PhD in Stem Cell Biology.
