Leadership Coaching - both 1:1 and small teams, I’m the guide and support for leaders as they set and meet leadership and personal goals, navigate challenges and develop all aspects of themselves as there business grows. I do this holistically and with a focus on the individual needs. Being a leader is lonely and having a coach is proven to better personal and business performance and more balanced wellbeing. People Strategy - working with scaling companies, especially those undergoing the fundraising process  who need to create and implement a plan, to give attention and consultation on how to strategise the path forward on the people and leadership side of their growth.   I have a passion for innovative businesses and am sector agnostic having worked for over 20yrs in various sectors, all over the world.
