Job Description

FarmerCo is a smart farm management platform that enables individuals, families, organizations, and diaspora to start and own farms in Ghana—without needing to be physically present. The platform provides end-to-end farm management services, from land acquisition and skilled labor to bookkeeping, crop tracking, and yield reporting. FarmerCo's mission is to make agriculture more transparent, accessible, and profitable for everyone while supporting local communities through employment and sustainable practices.

 Role Description
 
This is a contract role for a Co-Founder at FarmerCo. The Co-Founder will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the platform, driving sales and marketing strategies, conducting research on market trends, and implementing communication strategies. This role is remote, allowing flexibility in work location.

Marketing expertise
Experience in the agriculture or tech industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field
