Job Description

o6labs is a global Venture Studio and Dev Studio, with a presence in Madrid, Singapore and other cities. We are currently expanding into London.

We have rebranded our established Dev Studio recently, to expand into the Venture Studio space to help founders with mentorship/strategic advisory and/or Tech Development for their startup ideas.

We also partner with enthusiastic aspiring founders to bring our own inhouse studio startup project ideas to life.

We’re looking for you, if you’re a founder with a good business idea (looking for mentorship/strategic advisory and/or Tech Development support) to build an exciting startup to disrupt the status quo in an exciting industry.

Or you’re already an entrepreneur, wanting to build or enhance the Tech competencies for your existing business. 

For our inhouse studio projects, we’re looking for suitable founders in the FinTech, PropTech, Hospitality, HRTech, and Community Tech spaces.

With our Tech Development expertise and mentoring/advisory capabilities, our vision is to partner with as many promising startup founders in London and all over the world, to build out local, regional and global powerhouse projects, that can excel and dominate in their respective niches.

We’ll be your Business Mentors and Tech Advisors, and provide strategic guidance, advice and support in all key areas (ie. product, tech, legal, finance, business development, fundraising, and talent) to help your project quickly go from Zero to One.

As a Startup Founder, You Will Be Responsible For:

o Designing commercial, product, and growth strategies
o Building, leading, and motivating a strong team
o Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
o Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth
o Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements
o Maintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company
o Building trust with key partners and stakeholders
o Presenting the Company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investors

What We’re Looking for in a Potential Founder

We’re seeking a dynamic, driven individual with the vision, grit, and capability to found and lead a startup from the ground up. You’ll be the kind of person who thrives in ambiguity, thinks independently, and relentlessly drives toward bold outcomes. This is more than a job — it’s a commitment to building something impactful over the next few years.

You should have:

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills in English (both verbal and written), with a proven ability to pitch, sell, and rally others around your ideas.
An entrepreneurial mindset — resourceful, analytical, and comfortable navigating unstructured problems with limited resources.
A founder's mentality — relentless ownership, bias for action, and a deep desire to build from scratch and bootstrap.
Willingness to commit long-term (2+ years and more ideally) to your own startup journey, through highs and lows.
Comfort with uncertainty and fast-paced environments, where experimentation, failure, and learning are part of the daily rhythm.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the humility to learn and the courage to lead.

Bonus points if you have:

Prior experience founding or co-founding a startup or leading a major initiative
Domain expertise in a fast-growing or underserved sector
Technical fluency or experience working closely with product and engineering teams
A track record of execution — whether you've taken something from 0 to 1, built side projects, launched products, or hustled through complex challenges.
