Welcome to Aether-Tech Hackathon β€” an elite gathering of visionary developers, data scientists, and innovators dedicated to transforming healthcare through the power of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.

Our mission is to empower creators to design cutting-edge solutions that automate and streamline doctors' workflows, improve patient care, and unlock new efficiencies in healthcare delivery. Whether it's predictive diagnostics, intelligent scheduling, automated patient monitoring, or personalized treatment plans, this hackathon is the arena to build technologies that redefine healthcare.

Requirements

Submission Requirements

Participants are required to develop a working prototype that leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Deep Learning (DL) to address real-world problems. While the hackathon encourages solutions focused on automating healthcare and doctors’ workflows, submissions from any domain utilizing AI/ML/DL are welcome.

Project ideas include, but are not limited to:

    • Automated patient diagnostics or risk prediction models

    • Intelligent appointment scheduling systems

    • AI-driven patient monitoring or alert systems

    • Natural language processing for clinical documentation automation

    • Personalized treatment recommendation engines

    • Predictive analytics for any industry

    • Computer vision applications

    • Chatbots or conversational AI

    • Recommendation systems

    • Anomaly detection in data

    • Automation of routine tasks using AI

      WHAT TO SUBMIT

    • Project Description
Explain the problem your project addresses and how your solution uses AI, ML, or DL to improve healthcare or automate doctors’ workflows.

    • Source Code
Provide a link to your publicly accessible code repository (e.g., GitHub).

    • README File
Include setup instructions and any necessary details for running and testing your project.

Optional Additional Materials
You may also include documentation on your AI/ML/DL models, integration with healthcare APIs or datasets, or any other relevant information.

    • Demo Video
Share a video demonstrating your working prototype and its key features.

Judging Criteria

  • Functionality & Scalability
Does the solution work as intended? How scalable is the application? Can it be adapted for different hospitals, regions, or patient populations?
  • Impact & Relevance
Does the project address a real and pressing problem in healthcare or doctor workflows? How meaningfully does it improve efficiency, accuracy, or outcomes in a clinical setting?
  • Innovation & Creativity
Is the solution original or uniquely implemented? Does it introduce new capabilities or automation that are not commonly found in existing tools? Are AI/ML/DL technologies used in creative or unexpected ways?
  • Technical Execution
How effectively are AI/ML/DL models integrated into the solution? Is the technology stack appropriate for the problem being solved? Are the models well-trained, and is data used responsibly?
