The Sasha Foundation provides grants to established charitable organisations delivering projects that reflect the Foundation’s objectives. In the UK, its focus is particularly on supporting young people experiencing mental health challenges or issues relating to drug misuse. It also supports education and healthcare projects internationally, with an emphasis on education for young women.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Grants of up to £10,000

  • Funding can cover a maximum of 50% of the total budgeted cost of the proposed project or programme

  • Support for projects benefiting young people experiencing mental health challenges

  • Support for projects addressing drug misuse among young people

  • International support for education and healthcare initiatives

  • Particular interest in projects improving education opportunities for young women

  • Applicants must explain their expected outcomes and how these will be measured and reported.

Who can apply?

  • Established charitable organisations

  • Organisations delivering projects aligned with the Foundation’s charitable objectives

  • UK organisations supporting young people, particularly around mental health and drug misuse

  • Organisations delivering relevant education and healthcare projects internationally

  • Individuals cannot apply.

Application deadline: Applications are considered at least twice a year, with submission deadlines of 1 April and 1 October each year. The next deadline is therefore 1 October 2026.
