Up to £5,000 for Local Community Projects – Arora Charitable Foundation

The Arora Charitable Foundation Small Grant Programme supports grassroots organisations working in communities surrounding selected Arora Hotels, with projects focused on strengthening communities, improving health and wellbeing, and relieving poverty and hardship.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Up to £5,000 in grant funding

• Funding for community development and participation

• Projects promoting social inclusion and community engagement

• Health and wellbeing initiatives

• Access to healthcare and healthy food projects

• Support addressing specific community health needs

• Poverty and hardship relief

• Projects providing necessities such as food and shelter

• Project-related core costs can be considered where essential to delivery

• Projects must be completed within one year.

Who can apply?

• Registered charities

• CICs

• Community groups

• Unincorporated associations

• Organisations with exclusively charitable purposes

• Organisations with annual income below £1 million

• Applicants must operate or deliver the project within 5 miles of an eligible Arora Hotel

• Eligible areas include locations around London O2, Hammersmith, Heathrow, Luton, Gatwick, Stansted and Englefield Green

• Applicants must have their own bank account with at least two unrelated signatories

• Organisations that received an Arora Foundation grant within the previous 12 months aren't eligible for another award yet.
