This is a strong direction , especially the focus on product-led growth combined with AI workflows.

One thing I’ve noticed with early-stage consultancies is that the biggest value from conversations with developers often comes down to:

• how systems are structured for scalability early on

• how AI workflows are actually integrated into real user operations (not just prototypes)

• and how sustainability is considered in technical decisions before things become hard to change later

A lot of teams underestimate how much early architecture decisions impact long-term flexibility, especially when moving from idea → MVP → first paying users.

Are you currently focusing more on product strategy conversations, or hands-on technical implementation support at this stage?
