Turtles: Customer Happiness Advocate (Remote - Canada, UK, Spain, Finland)

Salary: 2400 EUR or 3875 CAD per month (depending on location) plus extra pay for Sunday shifts.

Role Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and offering personalized assistance
• Maintain a daily schedule including multitasking between phone calls, chats, and emails
• Document customer interactions and follow-up as needed
• Offer solutions based on customer needs, not pushy sales tactics
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards

Requirements:

• Must have a valid work permit from Canada, Finland, Spain, or the UK
• Proficient in using G-Suite, presentation software, and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom
• Nice to have experience with CRMs like Intercom or Zendesk, use of text expander software, and MMO gaming mouse for productivity
• Fluent in professional English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Type at least 50 words per minute
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
