Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build data integrations connecting enterprise source systems to the EnterWorks MDM hub
  • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines and implement data transformation logic
  • Configure data quality rules and ensure reliable data synchronization across the organization
  • Work collaboratively with a Senior MDM Lead to deliver technical integration components for a Customer MDM solution
  • Collaborate with the MDM Hub Developer and client SMEs to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Conduct technical assessments of source system data structures and APIs, and document technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues
  • Support data governance teams with monitoring dashboards and technical reporting

Job Specifications:

Essential:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data integration roles
  • Strong proficiency with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica and Fivetran preferred; Talend, SSIS, or similar acceptable)
  • Experience with MDM platforms, preferably EnterWorks or comparable enterprise solutions
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases
  • Hands-on experience integrating ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, AS400, Sage, or similar)
  • Understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations
  • Experience implementing data quality frameworks and rules
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Experience integrating Salesforce and working with Salesforce APIs
  • Background in manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Familiarity with AS400/IBM data extraction techniques
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data processing
  • Knowledge of data governance and stewardship practices
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • CI/CD experience for deploying and managing data pipelines
