Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive test strategies to validate new features and integrations.
  • Identify and report any issues before they reach customers.
  • Maintain quality standards for tools and cloud infrastructure used by development, customer success, and sales teams.
  • Utilize manual software testing skills to ensure platform quality and reliability.
  • Familiarize yourself with accounting, finance, manufacturing, warehousing, and inventory control concepts.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability for our app and customers.
  • Utilize basic programming knowledge to contribute to automated testing.
  • Collaborate with a remote team across different time zones to give and receive constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional QA experience with commercial B2B or enterprise-level applications.
  • At least 2 years experience working remotely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven and committed to producing high-quality work.
  • Constantly curious and eager to learn new techniques.
  • Ability to take ownership and solve customer pain points.
  • Appreciation for a culture focused on accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborative and able to work well in a remote team.
  • Excellent sense of humor.

  • Must live in the USA or Canada.
  • This is a fully remote, full-time position.
