Key responsibilities:

• Own the product design function, taking responsibility for the UI and UX direction of TimeZest
• Evolve the design system and component library to ensure consistency and scalability as the product grows
• Design end-to-end user experiences, from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to bring features from concept to production
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and inform product decisions
• Help design user experiences that integrate AI assistance and intelligent workflows responsibly and effectively
• Maintain well-organized Figma files for seamless handoff to engineering

Job specifications:

• 4+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• A strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and thoughtful UX solutions
• Deep expertise with Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and design tokens
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, Principle, or similar
• A track record of building and maintaining design systems
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fully remote, asynchronous-friendly team
