Responsibilities:

  • Split your focus between hands-on technical contribution and formal people management
  • Lead the end-to-end development and optimization of our four flagship marketing websites: www.servicetitan.com, www.youraspire.com, www.convex.com, and www.fieldroutes.com
  • Identify technical debt and workflow bottlenecks and resolve them
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and champion their adoption
  • Operate as a Technical Lead and successfully launch and complete multiple large-scale technical projects
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors for various integrations
  • Implement technical process improvements and coding standards
  • Lead and manage a team of Web Developers and QA Engineers
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth within the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong understanding of high-performance marketing websites compared to SaaS products
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage direct reports and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges
  • Advanced understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript) and frameworks like React JS and TailwindCSS
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and secure coding principles
  • Experience with TDD, Gitflow, automated E2E testing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with QA automation tools and processes preferred
