Responsibilities:

• Own Quote-to-Order processes and create/update sales quotes
• Assist sales with licensing and pricing strategies in Excel
• Receive and process orders and coordinate with partners
• Ensure order accuracy and resolve any issues
• Communicate order confirmations to customers
• Assist with software forecasting and complete necessary documentation from customers
• Create and update Adept Salesforce contracts and assets
• Generate and send customer authorization codes and handle faxes
• Support special projects or initiatives led by senior leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a sales support role
• Accounting experience desired
• Experience with CRM solutions, Salesforce experience a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications with intermediate MS Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
