As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining business processes for Xlysi LLC. Your responsibilities will include navigating and troubleshooting Salesforce CRM, utilizing your expertise in DocuSign CLM for contract lifecycle management, working with Oracle ERP systems, and knowledge of CPQ Platforms for configuring, pricing, and quoting. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring enhancements using Jira and ServiceNow.

To be successful in this role, you must have hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, DocuSign CLM, Oracle ERP, CPQ Platforms, Jira, and ServiceNow. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate and troubleshoot Salesforce CRM
• Utilize expertise in DocuSign CLM for contract lifecycle management
• Work with Oracle ERP systems
• Knowledge of CPQ Platforms for configuring, pricing, and quoting
• Manage and monitor enhancements using Jira and ServiceNow

Job Specifications:
