As we continue to grow, we are expanding our remote operations team to support accounting, inventory, pricing, and customer service functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting, inventory, pricing, and customer service operations
• Work with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
• Data entry and operational support
• Communicate with vendors to place orders and resolve any issues
• Track inventory and compare with purchase orders
• Generate customer and vendor aging reports
• Update pricing on a weekly and daily basis
• Provide exceptional customer service and process orders
• Review and finalize invoices before shipment

Job Specifications:

Essential:

• Strong skills in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Desirable:

• Previous experience in food distribution or a related industry
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems
