Key Responsibilities

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with small and mid-sized companies, particularly those with high hiring volumes and HR automation needs. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and generating pipeline through strategic outbound outreach
  • Qualifying and consulting with HR leaders and talent acquisition teams
  • Delivering compelling demos tailored to each clientโ€™s needs
  • Closing new business deals
  • Providing market feedback to help shape product enhancements

What Youโ€™ll Sell

In this role, you will be selling AI-driven recruitment automation solutions that:

  • Automatically screen candidates using context-aware AI
  • Conduct AI-powered interviews
  • Improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-hire
  • Integrate with existing HR workflows and job boards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR Tech, ATS, recruitment automation, or related enterprise software
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with HR decision-makers (CHRO, VP/Director of Talent)
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and CRM-driven sales process
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and team-focused
