As the Experience Design Lead, you will be the central point of the design process, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to guide them through research, strategy development, and design. You will also have the opportunity to push boundaries and challenge the team to think beyond the expected, creating impactful and user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the design, strategy, and delivery of user-centered digital experiences across multiple projects.
• Drive the overall experience vision, ensuring solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Synthesize user research, market insights, and competitive analysis to inform experience strategy.
• Translate insights into clear UX artifacts, such as user journeys, personas, and wireframes.
• Design and guide highly interactive and performative experiences, considering factors such as performance and responsiveness.
• Use data and analytics to inform experience decisions and validate design outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver experience-led solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in experience design and creative leadership roles, preferably within a digital design or product-focused agency.
• Proven expertise in designing and leading large-scale, complex digital experiences from strategy through execution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, conceptual clarity, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing and guiding multidisciplinary teams, with a passion for elevating design craft.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and UX design tools.
• Strong understanding of interaction design and performance considerations.
• Knowledge of current UX, design, and technology trends.
